Hello All! I hope everyone is well and has been enjoying their football seasons! It has been a pleasure working with some of the EFC players/teams this winter and I continue to see improvement and positive growth in several of you. Well done and keep up your good work!
That said, I wanted to announce our Spring/Summer football dates so you can begin your planning. We will begin on Monday, September 16th and Wednesday, September 18th beginning at 3.30pm for an hour. Depending on numbers, we will have a 2nd group from 4.30pm for an hour. You are able to register for either one, or both, session days. See more details below. I will also offer a holiday program during the next school holiday break in October. I will open that up to both weeks, Monday to Thursday, to see which week has more interest from people. We will go from 9am to 12.30pm as per normal. More details below.
Finish your seasons strong and I look forward to seeing everyone at some point soon, either during the summer sessions or at a holiday camp….take care and all the best in the game!

The first of two days of tournaments was a tremendous success last Sunday 31st March. The second Sunday will be the 7th April.
We enjoyed pitch perfect conditions with glorious weather for the first EFC Junior Tournament of 2019. Thanks to all the coaches, players and parents who turned out for a fantastic and fun football fiesta.
Some of our Junior teams were finding their feet for the first time and as the day drew on they developed team chemistry and confidence.
Split across both Bishop’s Park and William’s Park, the tournament players and parents enjoyed extra energy from the brilliant BBQs at both locations.
Many thanks to all the volunteers who helped the sausages to sizzle. Also a HUGE THANK YOU to PAK’nSAVE PETONE for providing the kai.
A second thrilling day of football fever will excite Eastbourne this Sunday the 7th April as the players battle it out. Come on down to William’s & Bishop’s Parks and snaffle a sausage sizzle or a BBQ burger.
Don’t forget, Saturday 6th April is the first day of the 2019 season (except First Kicks). Don’t Miss Out. Set your alarms for Saturday morning!
